Each ring on the gas burner has individual control, allowing you to save gas and have better heat control. Please note that this set is designed for use with propane gas only. Propane and gas regulator are not included in this kit.

Before using the paella pan for the first time, it is recommended to boil water in the recipient and then rinse it with soap and water. Avoid scratching or bumping the pan. Another method is to cook a small amount of onion on the pan, then boil it with water. Once the water starts to boil, remove it and wash the pan thoroughly. During use, precautions should be taken to avoid applying heat to an empty pan, overheating, abrupt changes in temperature, and any type of marks or scratches.
